Online purchase of products: To be able to purchase store items online, the Customer must access the product catalog under the "SHOP" menu.
Each sales item is accompanied by a photo with relevant details, a brief description and relative price. Inside the shop you can select and purchase the individual items offered. It will be sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm, after choosing any variations, to insert the item into the (virtual cart).
You can add, cancel or confirm all bookings made up to that point. In order to confirm the order, the Customer must proceed with their personal authentication: – if already registered, via their email address and password; – if not yet registered, proceeding with registration, indicating all the requested data.
The purchase will be considered completed for Tecno Edile Toscana srl only when the order is confirmed by the same via e-mail or fax using the "Your order confirmation" form.
In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed via e-mail or fax about the update of the current order.
Sales price: For each item the unit sales price is indicated, expressed in EURO (€), including VAT (Value Added Tax) and net of shipping costs.
Payment methods: To pay for purchases the Customer can use the following methods:
Credit card of the circuits: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, and others possibly available via PAYPAL circuit;
PAY PAL circuit.
POST PAY circuit, via PAYPAL circuit.
The transaction will be carried out in compliance with banking security regulations.

Delivery of goods and shipping costs: All items ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Tecno Edile Toscana srl, "Your order confirmation" will be shipped via Express Courier (national or international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. For shipping, a contribution to the costs will be requested which will be highlighted on "Your order confirmation" in relation to the country of destination of the order. The items will be shipped only after payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to Tecno Edile Toscana srl
Right of withdrawal: In reference to Legislative Decree 21/2014, implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day of receipt of the ordered items.

Shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and subject to agreement with Tecno Edile Toscana srl. The goods must be returned with an insured package, carriage paid to:

No package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected by Tecno Edile Toscana srl. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered. The aforementioned withdrawal conditions apply exclusively to purchases made online, therefore purchases made in our stores are excluded.
